I went to Santiago yesterday with a couple of nice women, one of whom is vegetarian. We found a vegetarian restaurant on Restauracion opposite the clinic. I didn't realize how important this sort of thing is to vegetarians.

It is called the Caselita Vegetariano.

Do you have the exact address??  We visit several fine places regularly. Two Italian, Sushi, and more conventional places

It is by the junction of Cuba and Restauracion. That is all I remember.
